A fun and supportive introduction to Muay Thai for our younger tamariki.
These sessions introduce the foundations of pad work, technique, movement and positioning while helping our coaches understand each child's confidence and skill level.
The focus is on building coordination, discipline, fitness and confidence in a safe environment where tamariki can learn at their own pace.
